Before Ordering:
Please read carefully before placing orders.
Please provide us the product codes/details/descriptions you have selected from our website, or send us the pictures with all customization details of the products you would like us to specially develop for you.
Kindly make sure that you send the correct logo/designs sizes and, files in desired eps file format or high-resolution jpg files, or pdf files, vector illustration files.
Kindly clearly indicate all customization options you may need.
If possible, send us your mockup files or get mockup files from us before we proceed with the production of your order to avoid any errors or faults in the production process.
Kindly send your order details in excel/word/pdf file format and mention the sizes, colors, styles, designs being ordered for each product separately and clearly to avoid any complications in processing your order.
Once give us an ok by approving the mockups/visuals, we will proceed with the production of your order.
Once the ordered goods production process has been started after approval from the customer, no changes would be accepted.
Please note that the colors shown on the computer/cell phones, laptops/ tablets may vary from the original colors and shades actually ordered.
We start the production of your ordered goods after getting the agreed amount into our company’s bank account or receiving the payment from western union (10 digits MTCN code is needed to get payment through this channel), or money gram (8 digits money transfer control number is needed to get the payment through this channel.
We do not stock any products; all products are made to order and therefore each item is new and in its original form as produced.
After payment, please send the screenshot of the receipt where in we can see the name of the sender, transaction reference number and amount CLEARLY. (Deposit fee or remittance fee is on the buyer’s end) Once you received your item, kindly send the picture immediately to confirm that the order received is correct and in excellent condition.
